  • I bought a few cans of a bug Fogger, how do I use them?

    Simple. You Don't!!!  
    Foggers don't  eliminate the problem, they make it worse. The active ingredient actually agitates the skin or I should say the exo-skeleton of the bed bug or roach which forces them to move instead of eliminating them.
    All you do is give the problem to the neighbors and scatter them to different places in your home.

  • I set off a bug Fogger but I still have bedbugs, Why is that?

    Again fogger bombs don't treat the problem, they only make things worse. 

  • I have furniture that is old and I can see something that looks like bugs in it, what can I do?

    Call A professional to first identify the bug and then decide the best course of action. 

  • I have pets, will your chemicals hurt my cat or dog?

    Generally no but depending on the job there will be a couple of hours that the animals can't be in areas we have sprayed. 

  • If I buy a new mattress, won't that end my bedbug problem?

    Bed Bugs don't just live in beds.
    They also live in dressers, night tables, closets, couches clothing anywhere a business card fits, so can they.

  • Does steaming for bed bugs really work?

    Absolutely. We use a dry steam machine. We actually heat the furniture to anywhere from 135 degrees to 275 degrees. We heat the furniture so hot that 2 things happen
    1. we kill the bed bug
    2 we force them out of hiding.
    This process has changed the way we do our bed bug work.

  • Do you still use pesticides or just steam?

    We use a 3 stage process where:
    1. We use the dry steam machine
    2. A kamikaze of chemicals including a contact killer an IGR which is a insect growth regulator that stops their hunger, growth and reproduction and a synergist that does not allow the bedbugs to have any natural defense to pesticides and does not allow the pesticide to break down as quickly as they usually would and
    3. last but not least a silica based dust

  • Do you offer a ECO friendly Pest Control Options?

    Of course we do. We are and Environmental Firm.

  • What does it Consist of?

    First, our green products have a unique mode of action that targets systems which exist in insects only. That means that our active ingredients which work on insects are harmless to mammals, birds and fish.
    The basis of safety in our products are the ingredients themselves. All of the ingredients used in our products are either food grade and listed on the FDA GRAS ("Generally Regarded as Safe") list or are commonly used in the food and beverage industry (this means they have no adverse effect on living organisms).

  • Do you treat for all pests?

    Yes, bed bugs, Roaches, Mice, Rats Fleas and Bees. Any and All Pests.

  • Do you trap animals like Racoons, Squirrels, Possums, And Bats?

  • Do you Offer same day Service?

    Of course we do and were open 7 days even late. We're open everyday including Holidays.

  • What if I don't want anyone to know that I have a pest problem do you offer discreet services?

    We offer both uniformed and discreet services.
    For example a certain hotel we service with our machinery and equipment in luggage and we go in dressed as tourist no one is the wiser. We also have marked and unmarked vehicles.

  • Are you expensive?

    No we're not. We believe in fair Pricing. Our Prices won't Bug you. We don't want to be your exterminator for just one situation we want to be your exterminator period.

  • My Neighbors have bed bugs should I worry?

    Unfortunately the answer is yes.
    Especially in apartment Buildings. Bed Bugs travel thru walls via electrical circuitry light circuits so we recommend doing a preventative. This includes residual pesticides as well putting a Silica based dust inside the electrical circuits to create a barrier of protection.
